Pinnacle required a refreshed website to improve usability, clarify messaging, and better represent its residential developments. The project focused on aligning user experience, visual presentation, and stakeholder expectations through a full website revamp and launch.
I led creative direction for the website project and served as the primary liaison between the client and the web developer. I guided design decisions, provided user experience recommendations, and managed approvals and revisions through launch.
Website Revamp & Launch
I collaborated closely with the web developer on the overall website design, offering guidance on layout, navigation, and content structure to improve clarity and usability. I managed ongoing client communication, gathered feedback, and coordinated revisions to ensure alignment across all stakeholders from initial concept through final launch.
The project resulted in a streamlined, user-friendly website that aligned with Pinnacle’s brand and business goals. The updated site provided a clearer digital experience and a stronger foundation for future marketing and development initiatives.
Residential Development Branding
Pinnacle required branding for one of its residential developments, Cutler Village Apartments, to support on-site visibility and reinforce brand recognition within the surrounding community. I led the creative concept and visual direction for the development’s logo, shaping the overall look, tone, and intent of the brand. I worked closely with a design partner to bring the concept to life and guided application of the final logo across public-facing touchpoints, including property signage. The work focused on ensuring clarity, legibility, and consistency in a physical environment while aligning with Pinnacle’s broader brand standards. The development launched with a cohesive, clearly applied brand presence that strengthened recognition and long-term visibility.
