I led creative direction and hands-on execution across video and email initiatives, owning content development, production, and release from start to finish. This included filming, editing, and publishing a video interview designed to highlight community stories and bring a more human element to the brand’s digital presence.
In parallel, I planned and executed recurring email campaigns sent to the local community, overseeing content strategy, design, and layout for each send. The emails consistently performed above industry benchmarks, reflecting strong audience engagement and clear, effective messaging.
